Saltfire Stoves are a stove manufacturer based in Dorset. They design and manufacture several ranges of precision-engineered stoves, designed for maximum efficiency and all extremely clean burning. All Saltfire models are DEFRA certified for use in Smoke Control areas in the UK with efficiency ratings up to 83.9%! All models are also fully EcoDesign 2022 ready. Constructed using a triple-layer convection system, there is a precision engineered welded outer and inner steel body with thermo-refractory fire brick inner linings.

The ST1 is a dedicated wood-burner only. Finished in black high temperature paint which we source from the USA and with thermo-ceramic clear glass from the industry-leading "Schott" brand in Germany.

The smallest of the new ST-X models - the ST-X4 is rated at 4.1kW output, and approx 80% efficiency.
Constructed from a precision-welded thick steel body with cast iron door and thermo-refractory fire brick inner linings.
Many times cleaner than the required standard for "DEFRA" exemption, it can legally be used anywhere in the UK including the strictest of smoke control zones.

The ST-X4 is a multi-fuel stove able to efficiently burn wood logs or smokeless coal - the coal ashes will fall through the grate and into the ash can which easily lifts out when full.

The largest size model of the ST-X range - the ST-X8 is rated at 8kW output, and approx 81% efficiency. Already EcoDesign compliant to meet 2022 ErP requirements with minimal emissions.
The ST-X8 has a large firebox allowing a greater range of heat output and for larger logs to be burned.
Constructed from a precision-welded thick steel body with cast iron door and thermo-refractory fire brick inner linings.

The ST-X8 is a multi-fuel stove able to efficiently burn wood logs or smokeless coal - the coal ashes will fall through the grate and into the ash can which easily lifts out when full.
The stove is ready to install, no assembly is required and comes complete with high temperature mitt/glove.
